MICHELLE NOLIN, CPLP
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER , LEARN ETHOS, LLC
Michelle is an ATD-Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), learning strategist, technology geek, and award-winning instructional designer and medical writer with 25+ years of experience and leadership in the field of adult learning. As the visionary behind Learn Ethos, she is leading this rapidly growing, revolutionary learning and development company that is dedicated to creating learning experiences that ENGAGE, ENCHANT, and INSPIRE.
Prior to starting Learn Ethos, Michelle held numerous roles as an instructional designer and training developer, with a proven record of successfully managing all aspects of complex programs/products and leading diverse, virtual teams. She has served as an adult learning strategist and training solutions architect for educational programs that meet the needs of professional associations, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and working professionals.
Michelle has comprehensive experience instructionally designing, writing, editing, and directing the development of educational programs in a variety of delivery modalities, including e/mLearning, print, audio, video, and instructor-led training (both classroom/workshop and virtual), for corporate training, professional continuing education, global health organizations, and accredited assessment-based certificate (ABC) programs.
She is a national speaker, instructor, and workshop leader for training and development conferences and webinars on various topics related to adult learning strategy, instructional design, digital learning, and medical writing. She’s presented and taught at the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), Association of Test Publishers (ATP), Life Science Trainers and Educators Network (LTEN), Microsoft, Drug Information Association (DIA), American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), World Drug Safety Congress, and the Lectora User Conference.
